Titanium FPGA (Ti135)

High-performance & energy-efficient!

The demo showcases a high-performance yet energy-efficient Titanium FPGA (Ti135). Thermal imaging reveals that the FPGA’s hotspot remains below 30°C. And this is despite the fact that an Aurora IP from Nial Steward Ltd. is running at 10 Gbit/s in a loopback configuration within the FPGA!

The FPGA is mounted on a SoM6 from Sundance Ltd. and can be purchased as an SMT135-C kit for evaluation purposes. The SoM6 is ideal for rapid prototyping and small-scale production runs.
Customers who have already developed carrier boards based on the AMD Kria K24 may even be able to use their existing carrier boards with the SoM6.
