Trinno Technologies was founded in 2008 as a member of the LG Group in Korea. The manufacturer is focusing on high power silicon IGBT and Diode technologies in voltage ranges starting at 600V up to 1600V in discrete and module packages.
Trinno supports also commercial wafer business to give users the best possible design and development flexibility in their application. Depending on the requirements and product complexity, a variety of specific test and qualification options can be achieved.
Trinno design and backend-wafer manufacturing processes are all done in own R&D divisions and on own equipment, mainly in 60µm thin-film technology. The processes are certified according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and TS16949.
Because of its deep technological knowledge and the close cooperation with other well-known semiconductor specialists like the Korean IA Group, Trinno Technologies is highly competitive in its target markets of industry, automotive, medical and consumer.
